  • All student email/computer passwords are set to: Password1 (capitalize the P). It is recommended that you change your password after you log in. The email password and the password to log on to a Cowley College computer are the same.
  • Your user name is your last name (capitalize the first letter), the first letter of your first name (capitalize this letter), and the last six digits of your student ID number. For John Smith, student ID number 999-123-456, the user name would be as follows: SmithJ123456
